A Wonderful Christmas

This Christmas has been so nice. Christmas Eve we had the missionaries over for dinner and enjoyed their company. (It has to be hard being away from family at Christmas time) Then our little sweethearts got to open one gift each before they went to bed. Olivia was so excited for Santa Clause she just KNEW he was going to bring her a Strawberry Shortcake doll! So, off to bed they went and Santa's little elves were hard at work helping him set the girls presents out for them to see. Christmas morning came (my girls slept until 9:00 am....so NICE) and wouldn't you know it....Olivia got her doll!! Kayten enjoyed any toy, esp. Olivia's toys! We had a Yummy pancake breakfast, watched one of Olivia's and Kayten's presents (Horton Hears a Who!) and then waited the arrival of Nana and Papa. Olivia got to play Candy Land (another present) with Papa many times and then we enjoyed a late lunch early dinner Mexican style....bring on the Salsa!! After yummy food the adults played a game of Phase 10 sadly I did not win :( However, the day was wonderful and as always we enjoyed each other. Hope everyone had a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS!!
